As a member of the RAY • ALLEN Cisco Asset Management (CAM) Team the Team Lead will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction and direction to a group of Cisco Asset Managers.

 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Conduct weekly account reviews with CAMs
  • Program: Understand status of each account, activities being completed, relationships in the account, and KPI trending
  • Company/Culture: Understand rapport with team, knowledge of CAM learning style, personal CAM dynamics
  • Conduct quarterly CAM reviews
  • Understand CAM strengths and development opportunities
  • Reviewing progression in career growth
  • Ensure program deadlines are met on time
  • Hold weekly team meetings
  • Responsible for overseeing training and mentoring of new and developing CAMs
  • Assess new accounts and assign to CAMs
  • Ensure smooth transition of accounts within program
  • Overall tool knowledge
  • High tool proficiency
  • Drive enhancement requests to increase efficiency
  • Ensure and monitor CAM adoption of tools
  • Drive process improvement and adoption
  • Collaboration with training teams, content development teams, data engineering teams, etc.
  • Build a relationship with your team
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Additional priority languages fluent in French and/or German
