As part of the RAY ALLEN Operations Department, the Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing a variety of projects from inception through completion. A successfully executed project constitutes on-time, quality delivery, within scope and budget to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this future opportunity will be an intellectually curious, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and team attitude.   • Act as primary point of contact between external stakeholders, executive team and project team(s)
  • Apply project management skills, methodologies and tools across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist with defining project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and perform appropriate analysis to ensure project feasibility
  • Facilitate regularly scheduled project meetings to establish project requirements and ensure proper management of expectations with project team, project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Clearly and consistently communicate pertinent or additional project details between any relevant resources, involved Teams and especially project stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Identify and assess issues and risks and implement change and quality management as required
  • Develop and maintain required project documentation (contact lists, project plans, requirements, task lists, action item logs, meeting minutes, etc.)
  • Create and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, project sponsors, relevant teams, and involved resources on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project sponsors and relevant Teams to identify areas for improvement geared toward achieving operational excellence (such as internal and external processes, policies, procedures, standards, and tools)
  • Coordinate and assign appropriate resources to execute project tasks

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Project Management, or related major
  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a project manager or 5+ years as a senior project manager
  • Exceptional understanding of the project management cycle and advanced project management methodologies
  • Extremely organized individual with superb time management skills
  • Solid understanding of business process management and process management methodologies
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Extensive experience working with Virtual Teams or remote co-workers
  • Capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of a Project Management application such as Teamwork or MS Project
  • Some ability to travel, approximately 10-25% of time
  • Experience working with technology manufacturers and/or resellers



  • PMP Certification (or similar)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
  • Program Management Experience
  • Experience working with Cisco Systems
